We want you to be happy with what you buy. If a ForALot product isn't right for you, we offer a straightforward refund.
You may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase. You don't need to give a reason. If a product is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a refund regardless of this window under applicable consumer law.
Purchases are handled by Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record, so refunds are issued by Paddle. You can request one in either of two ways:
Refunds are returned to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank, but the refund is typically issued within a few business days of approval.
We may decline refunds where there is clear evidence of licence abuse or fraud. This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
