These terms cover buying and using ForALot software. We've kept them as plain as we can — by buying or using a ForALot product, you agree to them.
ForALot is a sole proprietorship that develops and licenses desktop software. In these terms, "we", "us", and "ForALot" mean the ForALot business; "you" means the person or organization using our software.
Our order process, checkout, and payments are conducted by Paddle.com ("Paddle"), our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. When you buy a ForALot product, your contract of sale for that transaction is with Paddle, and Paddle's Buyer Terms apply to the purchase. Paddle handles billing, invoicing, tax, and first-tier order support. ForALot remains responsible for the software itself and for product and technical support.
Subject to payment, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the product you purchased. Your licence includes commercial use — you may use the software for personal work and for business or paid work alike. Unless a product's own terms state otherwise, licences are perpetual for the version purchased. You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the software except where the law expressly permits.
Products are delivered digitally. After purchase you receive a download and, where applicable, a licence key by email. There is no physical shipment.
You own the files, recordings, and projects you create with our software. Our products run on your own machine; we do not require you to upload your work to us to use them.
You agree not to use ForALot software for unlawful purposes, to infringe others' rights, or to circumvent its licensing. We may suspend a licence obtained through fraud or chargeback abuse.
We work hard to make our software reliable, but it is provided "as is" without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ForALot is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under applicable law.
See our Refund Policy. Refunds are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record.
We may update these terms; the version in force at the time of your purchase governs that purchase. Material changes will be posted on this page.
